| 摘 要： | 培养富有创新精神和创新能力的高级人才是高等教育的首要任务。本文介绍了近年来我们在生物科学专业开展创新人才培养所进行的一些探索和实践，主要是通过加强信念教育，修订完善培养方案和构建创新人才培养模式等措施，取得了一定成效。
