| 摘 要： | 腺苷具有重要的医学价值,用发酵法生产腺苷有很大的经济意义.根据革兰氏阳性枯草芽孢杆菌的腺苷代谢途径,认为黄嘌呤缺陷型的枯草杆菌可以作为腺苷的生产菌株,通过实验研究了枯草杆菌的黄嘌呤缺陷型菌株的选育方法并检验了腺苷的产量. |
