银川市中小学生体质下降原因的调查分析

从2005年中国学生体质与健康调查报告中显示，自1985年以来中国学生体质健康状况呈下降趋势，特别是在近5a学生的体质下降尤为明显．地处西部经济欠发达的银川市，也同全国一样．为了更全面地了解中小学生体质持续下降的原因，对银川市中小学生的体育活动、学习、睡眠及饮食等状况进行了问卷调查，在此基础上，分析了造成学生体质下降的原因并提出建议．
