| 摘 要： | 管理学是经济管理类专业的重要基础课程,其教学存在与实践脱节、不能及时反映最新理论前沿和互动性差等问题。本文在分析了培训式教学方法的优点和缺点后,针对管理学教学存在的问题提出了培训式教学的建议。

| Abstract: | The principle of management is an important course for economics and management majors, but there are many problems in the course teaching. For example： the teaching can’t relate with the practice and the lastest theory, and the interactions between the teachers and students are poor. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of training-styled teaching method, the paper puts forward proposals to improve the teaching effectiveness of the course. |
