天然醒酒剂防治酒精中毒的药效学研究

采用观察翻正反射消失情况和测定鼠血中乙醇浓度和超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）酶活的手段，考察了一种天然醒酒剂对急性酒精中毒的防治功效，并动态观察了乙醇代谢和自由基代谢情况．结果表明，酒前或酒后摄入本醒酒剂均能显著降低小鼠醉倒数，延长醉倒前的耐受时间，缩短醉倒后的维持时间，而且鼠血ＳＯＤ酶活变化趋势与鼠血乙醇浓度变化趋势及翻正反射消失结果相符．血中ＳＯＤ酶活可作为判别醒酒剂药效学功能和动物机体自身保障工能的重要指标

Pharmacodynamics Studies of Chinese Traditional Medicine Applying to Prevent and Cure Alcoholism

The effects of Chinese traditional medicine on the acute alcoholism prevention and cure, the ethanol metabolism and free radical metabolism were studied by observing rat's reflection-disappear condition and measuring ethanol concentration and SOD activity in rat blood. The results showed that our dealcohol product intaken in the period of drinking could markedly reduce rat intoxication rate, prolog endure-time before intoxication and shorten last-time after intoxication. In additional, the trend of SOD enzyme change in rat blood was corresponded with the trend of ethand concentration in rat boold and the experimental results of rat's reflection dispappear. SOD activity in rat blood would be an important index when evaluating pharmacodynamics effect of dealcohol agent and inherent safeguard function of creature.
