| Abstract: | The main factors restricting the enterprise to carry out the knowledge management is its cost.This paper expounds the concept and present situation of enterprise's knowledge management,divides the cost of enterprise's knowledge management into three kinds including the technique cost,system cost and personnel cost,and analyzes on the causes,components and necessities of each cost for providing the reference for enterprise's knowledge management. |
