用有限元方法分析SiC/7740玻璃复合材料的界面强度

摘    要:用显微脱粘法测定了 Nicalon SiC/7740玻璃复合材料中纤维/基体的脱粘力;用有限元SAP5程序在Siemens 7570C计算机上计算了复合材料纤维轴向、径向的界面抗拉强度和界面剪切强度在试样厚度内沿纤维轴向的分布;对照文献报道的类似工作,从组元膨胀系数差异出发对计算的结果进行了定性的分析和讨论。

Abstract:The interface debonding force of Nicalon SiC/7740 glass composite was measured by mi-cro-debonding test. The bond shear and tensile strength along fiber axis within the thicknessof specimen was calculated from a simplified micromechanics finite-element analysis by SAP5 program in SIEMENS 7570 C calculator. Compared with the results from literatures and inview of the difference of heat-expansion coefficients of composite components, the calculatedresults was analysed
