摘    要:利用近红外快检技术建立测定桔梗总皂苷含量的模型,探索近红外光谱仪在中药材有效成分研究方面的可行性.利用紫外-可见分光光度计建立测定不同批次的中江桔梗总皂苷含量的方法,以其含量作为参比,运用近红外技术收集50批中江桔梗样品的光谱图,借助偏最小二乘回归算法建立中江桔梗总皂苷的定量校正模型,并对未知样品中总皂苷含量进行预测.结果显示,桔梗中总皂苷定标标准偏差、相对分析误差、交叉检验标准误差、校正模型的决定系数和交叉验证相对分析误差分别是0.953、8.154、1.999、0.97、3.887.表明本研究建立的定性模型检测速度快、效率高、结果可靠,可用于桔梗总皂苷的质量控制.

Abstract:The paper aims to explore the feasibility of near-infrared spectrometer in the study of effective components of traditional Chinese medicine by establishing a model for the determination of total saponins in platycodon grandiflorum.Ultravioletspectrophotometer was applied to measure the content of total saponins in different batches of platycodon grandiflorum.By taking this content as reference,the spectra of 50 batches of samples of platycodon grandiflorum were collected by near-infrared spectrometer.With the help of partial least square regression algorithm,the quantitative correction model of total saponins of platycodon grandiflorum was established,and the content of total saponins in unknown samples was predicted.The results showed that the calibration standard deviation,relative analysis error,cross-check standard error,determination coefficient of calibration model and cross-check relative analysis error of total saponins were 0.953、8.154、1.999、0.97 and 3.887,respectively.It can be concluded that the qualitative model established in this study is fast,efficient,and reliable,and therefore it can be used for the quality control of total saponins.
