效用函数模型在动态三角模糊多属性决策中的应用

摘    要:针对权重信息已知的动态三角模糊多属性决策问题,根据三角模糊数自身的特点,构建三角模糊属性值的均值水平.以各时段属性值及对应均值水平的离差为研究对象,构建效用函数模型.该模型具有良好的"奖优罚劣"特性,能从全局细致考虑各时段的数据信息.利用模型将离差值转化为精确效用函数值,对各时段各方案的效用值进行加权集结,确定方案排序,为动态三角模糊多属性决策提供一种新的决策思路,并用实例说明该决策方法的有效性和优越性.

Abstract:For the dynamic triangular fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making problems with given weight,the paper is going to construct the mean value level of triangular fuzzy attribute value.According to the characteristics of triangular fuzzy numbers,the deviation of each attribute value from the corresponding mean level was taken as the research object to construct the utility function model with characteristics of"rewarding the good and punishing the bad".Besides,the data information of each period was carefully considered from a global perspective.And the model was used to transform the fuzzy deviation into exact utility function value.The utility value of each scheme in each period was weighted to determine the order of the scheme.Finally,an example was used to verify the practicability and feasibility of the method,which could provide a new way of decision-making solution to the dynamic triangular fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making problems.
