| Abstract: | This article proves the criterion that the out and the inner osculating points of an encompassing circular ring alternate with each other is the only one in accord with the minimal condition and fit for all the circular profile curves.As a result,the minimal region algorithm to evaluate the accurate roundness departure through an electronic digital computer or a graphical method is put forward accordingly. |
