| Abstract: | As a neutral concept, legal rule has no explicit value pursuit, while the value orientation of law news is very clear with democratic rights as its essential requirements. Accordingly, law news advocates more strongly on notions such as justice and fairness, and shows more concern on the right of ordinary individuals. The thesis therefore points out that in news theory and practice, it is a must to evolve from legal news to law news. |
