| 摘 要： | 讨论了内模形状即内模凸筋侧壁角及齿高比对冷拔内螺旋管凸筋畸变程度的影响,指出内模凸筋侧壁角不等、齿高比为 1.0有利于减轻凸筋的畸变。

| Abstract: | Discusses how the mandrel sbape (i. e. the side angle of mandrelribs and the ratio of rib height of mandrel to that of internal spiral steel tube)affects rib distortion,It is found that different side angles of mandrel ribs withthe above-mentioned ratio equal to 1.0 will be favourable to the reduction ofrib distortion. |
