摘    要:小型焦化厂的焦炉煤气净化工艺都比较简单,不宜采用传统的洗油吸收法从煤气中回收粗苯。当采用吸附法时,除煤气中焦油、萘等会污染活性炭外,硫化氢是否会使活性炭吸附粗苯的性能下降,对此很少有文献报道。本研究使用市售活性炭,以混入苯蒸汽的氢气代替焦炉煤气进行了吸附试验。结果表明,硫化氢对活性炭的吸附性能没有明显影响.

Abstract:The process of gas purification of coke furnace in small coking plants is simpleand crude. It is generally thought that the traditional practice of adsorption with washingoil is unsuitable for them to reclaim crude benzene from gas because it will make activatedcarbon being polluted by such substances as tar, naphthalence, etc. But few literatureshave reported as to whether hydrogen sulphide will reduce the capacity of benzene beingadsorpted onto activated carbon when such practice is carried. In our study, we made useof the market activated carbon combining with the hydrogen from benzene steam instead ofthe gas in coking furnace to carry the experiments of adsorption. The results showed thatno significant influence of hydrogen sulphide was exercised on the adsorpti power of activated carbon.
