摘    要:系统存在共振响应时其振幅和薄弱环节的应变应主要取决于阻尼。通过声强分布,运转振型和模态振型分析以及噪声和振动的互谱分析可确定其动态薄弱环节,通过在该处粘贴约束阻尼结构可使整机的降噪任务减低七分之三。

Abstract:The strain of weak link in the system and its amplitude of vibration depand mainly on the damping,if there is resonant response in the system. The dynamic weak link of system can be determined by sound intensity test.vibrational pattern on line,analysis of modal pattern and analysis of cross spectrum. By means of gluing binding damping structure, The sound pressure level of the sewing machine is reduced three seventh of specified reducing amount of noise.
