摘    要:随着制造业的快速发展,为了适应目前数控雕刻的发展,针对插补技术提出优化,变单步进给为多步进给,提高插补计算速度,也进一步提高产品的加工效率。分析直线插补算法存在加工精度不高的问题,针对这种情况通过研究提出了改进思路,在加工直线的前提下,通过大量的数学计算与数据分析,提出三角形插补算法,三角形算法的核心思想是变单步进给为连续多步进给,综合看三角形插补算法能大大提高插补的速度。

Abstract:With the rapid development of manufacturing industry and to adapt to the current development of CNC engraving, the interpolation technology is optimized to changethe single-step feeding into multi-step feeding to improve the interpolation calculation speed and further improve the processing efficiency of products. This paper analyzes the problem of the lower machining precision of the linear interpolation algorithm, and proposes solutions to improve. On the premise of machining the straight line and after a large number of mathematical calculations and data analyses, the triangle interpolation algorithm is proposed. The core idea of the triangle algorithm is to change the single-step feeding into continuous multi-step feeding. Generally, the triangle interpolation algorithm can greatly improve the speed of interpolation.
