哌嗪香豆素衍生物的合成及抗菌活性研究

摘    要:以1-(2-氟苯基)哌嗪、1-(4-氟苯基)哌嗪分别与溴乙酸反应,所得产物再与4-羟基香豆素反应,合成哌嗪香豆素衍生物A和B,并研究其抗菌活性。A和B通过对倍稀释法测定其对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌的最小抑菌浓度。结果表明:A和B对所测试的4种菌株均有较好的抑菌作用,其中B的抑菌效果优于A,且对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌效果最好,最小抑菌质量浓度为0.337μg/mL,优于阳性对照氯霉素。

Abstract:1-(2-fluorophenyl) piperazine and 1-(4-fluorophenyl) piperazine were used to interact with bromoaceticacid respectively to form derivatives which were again used to interact with 4-hydroxycoumarin to synthesizepiperazine coumarin derivatives A and B, whose antibacterial activities were then studied. The minimumbacteriostastic concentrations of A and B against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli andPseudomonas aeruginosa were determined through double dilution method. The results showed that both A and Bhad good bacteriostastic effects on the four bacterial strains tested, among which B was superior to A and producedthe best bacteriostasis effect on Bacillus subtilis, and its minimum bacteriostastic concentration was 0.337 ug/mL,which was better than that of the positive control chloramphenicol.
