轴承钢中M/B复合组织形态及其断裂机理

摘    要:研究含碳量对钢中马氏体/贝氏体(M/B)复合组织形态和断裂机理的影响。试验结果表明,由于钢中含碳量不同,下贝氏体形成特点存在差异,使贝氏体分布发生变化,从而导致不同含碳量M/B复合组织断裂机理的差异。轴承钢中M/B复合组织对强韧性的主要贡献应归功于下贝氏体对裂纹扩展的阻碍作用,同时还与下贝氏体在组织的分布有关。

Abstract:Effects of carbon content in steel on the M/B duplex microstructure and fracture mechanism were studied. The experimental results show that, because of different carbon contents of steel, there are the differences in forming characteristic and distribution of lower beinite, and there is the difference in the fracture mechanism of M/B duplex microstructure. The great toughness of M/B duplex microstructure in GCr15 steel is mainly due to the blocking effect of lower bainite on crack propogation, and is related to distribution of lower bainite.
