磁极位置和磁控电流对带极堆焊焊缝的影响

摘    要:利用新研制的微机控制带极堆焊设备,在满足工艺要求的焊接电流、电压和焊接速度等参数下,研究了磁极位置和磁控电流对75mm宽带极电渣堆焊和高速带极堆焊焊缝成型的影响规律。研究结果表明:磁极位置和磁控电流大小对焊缝成型有较大的影响,只有在合适的磁极位置和磁控电流控制下,才能够消除两种堆焊工艺焊道的咬边,获得良好的焊缝成型。

Abstract:Using a new microcomputer controlled strip overlay welder and providing suit-able welding current,voltage ,and speed, the influenee of magnetic poles position and mag-netically controlled current on the appearance of weld is investigated for the electro-slag sur-faeing and the high speed surfacing with 75 mm strip.The experinental results show that theinfluence of magnltie poles position and magnltically cntrolled current on the appearance of weld is greater. Only when position of magmetic poles and magnetically controlled current are suitable,the undercut can be restrained and the bead of high quality can be obtained in these overlay we1ding processes.
