| 摘 要： | 提出一种将成品率指标转换成电路输出特性指标的方法，用于电子产品计算机辅助设计，并用此方法对彩色电视机两片电路的外围电路进行设计。Ｍｏｎｔｅ Ｃａｒｌｏ统计验证表明设计结果合理，方法可行。

| Abstract: | A method of converting yield into performance is introduced to the CAD ofelectronic products.With this method the circuit of color television is designed.The circuit designed satisfies the required yield in the test of Monte Carlo method,and the result shows thatthis method is rational and practical. |
