基于DEA-Malmquist的内资工业企业动态创新效率分析

摘    要:针对工业企业的创新过程构建了两阶段投入产出指标体系,运用DEA-Malmquist方法,深入剖析2000~2009年间我国内资工业企业的科技创新效率和产品创新效率。研究结果表明,在样本期内,尽管科技创新的资源配置效率不断提高,但是科技创新技术的大幅退步使科技创新效率表现出显著的下降趋势;产品创新的资源配置效率大幅提升,则使产品创新效率表现出良好的上升态势,但是资源配置效率可改善的空间非常有限。内资工业企业应大力推动科技创新技术和产品创新技术的进步,并进一步提升科技创新资源配置的规模效率,从根本上改善企业的创新效率。

Abstract:In this paper,we build input-output index system for industrial enterprises,and apply DEA-Malmquist method to evaluate the dynamic innovation efficiency of China’s domestic industrial enterprises in 2000-2009,including technological innovation efficiency and product innovation efficiency.The results show that in the sample period,although resource allocative efficiency shows good upward trend in the stage of technological innovation,the technological regress makes technological innovation efficiency show a significant downward trend.The resource allocative efficiency is improved significantly in the stage of product innovation,which makes product innovation efficiency show a good upward trend,but there is little room for the further improvement for resource allocative efficiency.In order to improve the innovation efficiency of China’s domestic industrial enterprises,technology progress in the two-stages should be promoted,and scale efficiency in stage of technological innovation should also be improved.
