国产草酸铂为主的联合化疗治疗20例晚期大肠癌疗效观察

目的：观察以草酸铂为主的联合化疗方案治疗晚期大肠癌的临床疗效和不良反应．方法：20例晚期大肠癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，A组（治疗组）L—OHP 130mg／m^2静滴第1天，亚叶酸钙（CF）200mg／m^2。第1～5天，静滴，5-氟脲嘧啶（5-Fu）500mg／m^2，静滴1～5天，21天为一疗程；B组（对照组）：CF200mg／m^2。第1～5天静滴，5-Fu500mg／m^2，静滴1～5天，21天为一疗程，2疗程后评定疗效．结果：A组10例患者有效率为90％。不良反应主要为感觉神经毒性，恶心、呕吐和白细胞下降；B组10例患者有效率为70％，不良反应主要为恶心、呕吐和白细胞下降，无神经毒性．结论：L—OHP联合CF＋5-Fu方案较CF＋5-Fu方案疗效高。患者耐受良好，是治疗晚期大肠癌的安全有效的方案．

Observation on the Curative Effect of Combined Chemotherapy Based on Home - made Oxaliplatin on 20 Cases of Late Cancer of Colon

Objective:To observe the curative and adverse effects of combined chemotherapy based on oxaliplatin on late cancer of colon.Methods:20 cases were randomly divided into two groups:Group A(experimental group),whose patients received intravenous drip with the L-OHP dosage by 130 mg/m~2 on the first day,along with the CF dosage by 200 mg/m~2 and 5-Fu dosage by 500 mg/m~2 from 1st to 5th day;Group B (control group),whose patients received intravenous drip with the CF dosage by 200 mg/m~2 and 5-Fu dosage by 500 mg/m~2 from 1st to 5th day.The course of treatment of both groups lasted 21 days alike.The curative effects of both groups were evaluated after two courses of treatment.Results:Effective power of group A and B was 90% and 70% respectively,whose common adverse effects included nausea,emesia and aleucocytosis.But the patients in group A manifested sensory neurotoxicity,the ones in group B didn't.Conclusion:The treatment plan of L-OHP combined with CF and 5-Fu is safer,more effective and tolerable for the treatment of late cancer of colon.
