摘    要:混凝土作为一种典型非均质多相材料,其宏观性能取决于细观乃至微观结构组成及各组分基本物理力学性能,计算机断层扫描(computed tomography, CT)技术因其无损、高效及高精度等特点,在混凝土细观力学研究中有着得天独厚的优势。综述了光学技术、声波技术及CT技术在混凝土细观力学试验中的研究进展,对比了三者的优势与局限性;从图像获取、图像处理、三维重建与模型建立等3个步骤详细论述了基于CT图像的混凝土细观模型建立;利用CiteSpace软件可视化分析CT技术在混凝土细观力学中的研究热点;对CT技术与数字图像技术在混凝土细观力学的研究进行了总结与展望。

Abstract:As a typical heterogeneous multiphase material, the macroscopic properties of concrete greatly depends on the meso and even microscopic structural composition and the basic physical and mechanical properties of each component. Computed tomography technology has unique advantages in the study of concrete meso mechanics, because of its non-destructive, efficient and high-precision features. The research progress of optical technology acoustic technology, and CT technology in the meso mechanics of concrete is reviewed, and the advantages and limitations of the three technologies are introduced. The concrete meso model based on CT image is discussed in detail in three steps of image acquisition, image processing, 3d reconstruction and model establishment. The research hotspots of CT technology in concrete meso mechanics are analyzed and visualised using Citespace software. The research of CT technology and digital image technology in concrete meso mechanics is summarized and prospected.
