影响体育课中人际网络运行因素的研究

摘    要:体育课的参与者是由上课的全体师生共同组成的一个“社会群体”,在这个群体中形成了许许多多的人际网络而在这些网络中分别传递着不同的人际信息.教学中人际网络的良性运行能有效地协调师生关系并创设融洽的教学气氛;通过选择多种人际互动方式,理清教学中的人际网络关系,疏通各种渠道,建立信息沟通网络,并进行有效的管理,可以调节人际交往,从而改善人际关系,使体育课在和谐,融洽的人际环境里达到最佳效果.

Abstract:The participaton in P.E teaching is a "social group" composed by all the teachers and students. In this group many inter- personal networks are formed where different inter- personal information is speed.By using inter- personal; information communication,good relationship between teachers and students can be effectively set up and a harmonious teaching atmosphere can be created. By selecting various inter - relative means and clarifying the relationship in inter - pensonal network, information communication network will be established and be managed effectively, thus we can adjust and improve inter - personal communication to make P.E teaching achieve best results in a harmonious inter- personal environment.
