内蒙古不同地区根茎冰草过氧化物酶同工酶比较研究

摘    要:应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的方法,对内蒙古境内东部,中部不同地理分布区的7个居群的根茎冰草(Agropyron michnoi Roshev)苗期过氧化物酶同工酶进行分析。结果表明:不同居群的根茎冰草地的过氧化物酶同工酶谱极为相似,说明同工酶酶谱与不同地理分布区没有十分密切的对应关系;然而,个别水分较充足的居群,其酶带数目较少,表明其同工酶酶谱的变化与水分条件相关联,呈现出一定的多样性。

Abstract:Using polyacrylam ide gel electrophoresis,we analysed the zymogram pat-terns of peroxidase isozymes of seedling from 7 populations of A. michnoi in differentgeographic ranges in Inner M ongolia. The results showed that these zymogram patternswere very similar,therefore,we believed that the zymogram patterns were not distinctly re- lated to the different geographic ranges,and possessed relative stability at the molecularlevel.However,some populations possessed less enzyme bands under condition of waterenough than under condition of drought,this result showed that the variation of isozymeswas certainly related to water condition,and appeared as certain diversity.
