电荒原因浅析

从煤炭资源短缺、水资源短缺、土地资源短缺、缺乏运输能力、缺乏环境排放容量空间、缺乏配套资金等方面探讨了我国近期发生的大面积电力供应短缺问题的原因，指出电力是一个系统工程，它需要诸多子系统的支持，也受到这些子系统的制约，而每个子系统还将受到各种外部因素的牵制。解决电力的供需紧张不光是解决电力一个环节的问题，也不光是解决供应侧单方面的问题，我们需要的是一个综合的系统解决方案。

Analysis on the Causes of Power Shortage

From aspects of the shortage of coal resources, shortage of water re sources, shortage of soil resources, shortage of transportation capacity, shorta ge of environmental emission capability, and shortage of supporting funds, etc., this paper probes into the causes of the problem of the shortage of power suppl y that has occurred in most of the areas of China, and points out that the elect ric power is a systematic engineering, it needs the support of various sub-syst ems, and also is restricted by these sub-systems, and each sub-system will be influenced by various external factors. To solve the problem of the shortage of power supply is not to solve the problem of only one link of power supply, and i s not to solve the problem of only supply side, we need a comprehensive and syst ematical solving scheme.
