| 摘 要： | 阐述了ESL（EFL）的基本内涵和重要意义，提出该体系的实施是中外合作办学项目成功运作的重要保障。在具体的教学管理实践中，ESL（EFL）的特殊性体现在分级考试与分级教学、课程设置与教材遴选、考核标准与重修方式、外教选聘与质量监控等方面。探讨了ESL（EFL）和专业课程教学的成功整合和良好互动对提升教学质量和教学效果的重要作用。
