摘    要:考察了不控制pH、CaCO3调节pH和KOH调节pH情况下,NaCS/PDMDAAC微胶囊包埋的肺炎克雷伯氏杆菌Klebsiella pneumoniae ZJU5205的菌体生长、底物甘油的消耗和1,3-丙二醇的生成动力学,并同时测定了过程中pH的变化情况。结果表明,通过KOH调节pH,可获得最大菌体生长量和最大的1,3-丙二醇浓度。故对固定化肺炎克雷伯氏杆菌来说,有效调控pH对发酵过程有重要影响。

Abstract:The kinetic curves of cell growth,glycerol consumption and 1,3-propanediol formation for encapsulated Klebsiella pneumoniae ZJU 5205 by NaCS/PDMDAAC capsule system were investigated under the pH regulation by CaCO3,KOH solution or without pH control.And simultaneously the variation of pH in medium was measured.The results show that the maximum biomass and 1,3-propanediol could be obtained by pH control with KOH solution.Hence it's very important to control the pH for fermentation of immobilized Klebsiella pneumoniae.
