腔衰荡光谱技术的理论分析

摘    要:腔衰荡光谱技术是一种新型的光谱检测方法,由于该技术具有吸收光程长,不受光源强度起伏影响的特点,因而受到国内外的广泛重视,已被应用于探测分子及原子体系。本文主要分析腔衰荡光谱技术的原理、相关核心部件的选择及注意事项,为下一步仪器的研制奠定基础。

Abstract:Cavity Ring Down Spectroscopy technology is a new-fashioned spectral detecting method.People at home and abroad give attentions to it,because optical path length of matters absorption is longer than other technology,and detection isn't impacted by the fluctuation of light source,now it is applied to detection of molecule and atomic system.This paper presents principle and components of CRDS and matters need attention,this supply a theoretic basic of developing instrument.
