陆川县城镇体系发展规划及其用地需求预测

陆川县位于广西东南端，1994年人口城镇化水平是19％，正步入城镇化加速发展的新时期，城镇体系建设面临新的发展机遇。预测亚2010年，全县城镇人口将达29．8万人，城镇用地规模将达到2952公顷。在城镇发展模式上，陆川应以沿线集中式为主，迅速形成作用大、辐射强的核心城镇带，并带动一个结构有序、布局合理、功能齐全的县域城镇体走向成型。

On The Planning Of Urban System And its Land Needs in Luchuan County, Cuangxi, China

Luchuan County is located in the southeast of Guangxi. Its level of urbanization was in 19 percent in 1994. Since the urbanization will be accelerated in decades, the urban system of Luchuan has gotten a mew chance to expand. By 2010, the urban population in Luchuan will grow to 298 thousands and the land area devoted to urban uses will increase to 2952 hm. the urban sprawt of the County in the future is to develop the towns along main traffic lines rapidly,to set up an efficient central urban zone and to create an urban system with an order structure, a reasonable distribution, and satisfactory functions.
