| 摘 要： | 低合金铸铁球的制造,采用冲天炉熔炼,金属型浇铸,浇口采用保温材料,因而提高了铁水的利用率和铸件的成品率、铸球经热处理后,充分发挥了合金元素对基体组织的固溶强化作用,改善了碳化物的分布形态,显著提高了铸件耐磨性,延长了使用寿命。

| Abstract: | A kind of cast iron ball applicable for cement making has been developed and put into experimental application. This cast iron ball is cast with a cupola and metal mould, and is heat-treated so that its wear resistance and impact toughness can be improved. By using this kind of milling ball, some small-sized cement factories would decrease production cost and get more benefit. |
