摘    要:利用SolidWorks软件建立谷物脱粒机的三维模型,通过ANSYS workbench对其机架进行静力学分析,研究计算机架整体的应力分布和变形位移情况;参考静力学分析结果,以减轻机架质量为目的,对其结构进行拓扑优化设计。结果表明,改进后的机架在满足结构使用性和材料力学性能基础上,质量减少了10.98%,实现了脱粒机机架的轻量化设计,节约制造成本。

Abstract:The three-dimensional model of grain thresher is established by using SolidWorks software. The static analysis of the frame is carried out by ANSYS Workbench, and the stress distribution and deformation displacement of the whole computer frame are studied. According to the results of statics analysis, in order to reduce the mass of the frame, the topological optimization design of its structure is carried out. The results show that the mass of the improved frame is reduced by 10. 98% on the basis of meeting the structural usability and material mechanical properties, and the lightweight design of the thresher frame is realized and the manufacturing cost is saved.
