| 摘 要： | 历史上,沙皇俄国曾经侵略中国西藏。苏联建立之后,宣布放弃沙皇俄国的侵略政策。中华人民共和国建立前后,苏联共产党和政府在冷战的大背景下,支持和帮助中国共产党和中国政府和平解放西藏。20世纪50年代后期中苏两党两国关系恶化之后,苏联曾经在平息西藏叛乱问题上干涉中国内政。新刊布的史料和当事人的回忆录,有助于今天重新审视西藏问题中的苏联因素。

| Abstract: | Historically,tsarist Russia once invaded Tibet of China.After the establishment of the Soviet Union,it claimed to give up tsar's Russian aggressive policy.Before and after the establishment of the People's Republic of China,Russian Communist Party and government,under the situation of the cold war,supported and helped the CPC and the Chinese government's peaceful liberation of Tibet.However,in late 1950s the Sino-Soviet relation deteriorated,the Soviet Union once intervened China's internal affairs on quelling the rebellion in Tibet.The lately published historical materials and the memoirs of the people concerned now facilitate the reexamination of the Soviet Union's role in Tibet Issue. |
