| 摘 要： | 柔性制造系统(FMS)中机床加工顺序的规划,毛坯和成品的管理等是重要的议题.由于要实现自动批量加工,机床加工顺序的规划是动态的规划.针对规划策略和规划策略的性能估计,人们已经进行了一些研究(比如用 Petri 网和极大代数).Perkins 和 Kumar 在文中提出了新方法.他们首先定义了系统的稳定性和性能指标,进而提出了几种规划策略并进行了性能估计,其中对单机 CAF 规划策略的性能估计是保守的.本文在一定条件下对此进行了改进.并用几个例子验证了这一结果.1 准备知识考虑一个加工系统,系统内只有一台机床,设待加工件有 P 种,它们的毛坯分别以 d_1,d_2,…,d_P 的恒定速率进入系统;加工时间分别为τ_1,τ_2,…,τ_P;机床从加工 i 种到加工 j

| Abstract: | Machine scheduling policy is one of the important subjects in flexible manufacturing systems.Perkins and Kumar have given several schedu- ling policies.This paper proposes a new method of performance estimation of one scheduling policy,which improves the method given by Perkins and Kumar and is less conservative. |
