| 摘 要： | 目的:测定不同厂家生产的复方岩白菜素含量及溶出速度.方法:用分光光度法和转蓝法.结果:复方岩白菜素的含量分别为:83.98%、72.96%、78.93%、79.03%;30min时的溶出百分率分别为:74.3%、79.77%、73.35%、3.07%.结论:四种片剂含量偏低,普通片溶出度相近,缓释片溶出度相对较小.

| Abstract: | Objective: To Determine the content and dissolution rate of compound Bergenini from different manufacturers.Methods: The rotated basket and UV-Vis were used.Results : The contents of compound Bergenini are as follows :83.98%,72.96%,78.93%,and 79.03%;dissolution percentage at the point of 30min is 74.3%,79.77%,73.35% and 3.07%.Conclusion: The contents of these four tablets are slightly low,the dissolution of ordinary tablets is similar,and the dissolution of extended matrix tablets is relatively low. |
