硝酸反萃取火焰原子吸收光谱测定腺苷钴铵片中微量钴

摘    要:研究了以1mol.L^-1NH4SCN为介质,甲基异丁基甲酮萃取,4mol.O^-1硝酸反萃取火焰原子吸收光谱水相测定微量钴的方法,钴量在0-5mg.L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为0.070mg.L^-1,相对标准偏差为1.17%,该方法适用于腺苷钴胺片中微量钴的测定。

Abstract:Determination of micro -amounts of cobalt has been studied by methyl isobutyl ketone (MIBK) extraction procedure in 1 mol.L- 1 WSCN meditim folfowed by 4 mel' L-1 nitric acid successive extraction, and analysesed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.The analytical calibration curve for cobalt shows execllent linearity in the rmge of 0 ~ 5 mg. L-1 with RSD of 1. 17%. The detection lindt is 0.070mg. L- 1. This metLhed is sugrsted for the detendnation of cohalt in cobnide Iablets.
