| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的到来,传统的政府管理模式面临着重大的挑战.创建知识管理型政府成为知识经济时代政府发展的必然趋势.总结了知识管理型政府的基本特征,分析了知识管理型政府的实施障碍,给出了创建知识管理型政府的实施策略.

| Abstract: | With the arrival of the era of knowledge-based economy,the government is faced with a major management challenge.Creation of knowledge management type government has become an inevitable trend in the development of the knowledge-based economy era.This paper summarizes the basic characteristics of the type of knowledge management,knowledge management-analysis of the obstacles to the implementation of the government,and points out the strategy in creating a knowledge-management type government. |
