| Abstract: | This article investigates and analyzes the water resources of Xichang city.Its study aim is to achieve the purpose of water-saving and the increase of food production through implementing modern water-saving agricultural technology and using limited water resources in water-shortage and arid areas.Finally,in line with the ecological characteristics of Xichang,this article tries to probe into a new way for the rapid development of agriculture in the areas of water-shortage like Xichang city. |
