抗战时期陕甘宁边区奶业之肇兴

作为集生产与科研任务于一体的试验单位,光华农场曾肩负了营养伤病员、哺育婴幼儿以及保健军民的光荣使命。尽管抗战前期(1937～1940年)陕甘宁边区的畜牧业发展很快,但牛羊大多用来役使、剪毛和吃肉,挤奶一度成了牛羊养殖最附带的功能。及至抗战后期(1941～1945年),边区经济好转,生活自给自足之后的人们,开始有了饮奶的需求和欲望,因受光华农场奶业的影响,民间奶业开始兴起并有所发展。

As a set of production and scientific research task in one test unit,the Guang-Hua farm has been taken on a glorious mission in nutrition support of patients,infants' feeding,health care of army members and common people.Despite stock raising develops quickly in the early stage of the Anti-Japanese War of the Shan-Gan-Ning Border Region,the cattle and sheep are mostly used to encourage,wool and meat.In the Anti-Japanese War border economy better,people has started drinking milk needs and desires after their life of provide for oneself.Due to our farm suckle the influence of course of study,folk dairy industry began to rise and development.
