法治——中国封建社会形成过程中的主导社会思潮

春秋战国时期,最能反映新兴地主阶级的要求和历史发展趋势的“法治”思潮,逐渐成为这一历史时代居于主导地位的社会思潮。这表现在：“法治”思想成为各诸侯国革新运动的旗帜;“法治”思潮的主要先导和推动者管仲、子产、李悝、吴起、商鞅、申不害、李斯、韩非等大都得以当政;在这种思潮的影响下,有的学派人士转而成为法家大师,有的颇具“法治”精神。在当时历史条件下,“法治”思潮有着巨大的进步作用。

Rule by Law-the Dominant Social Ideological Trend during the Formation of Chinese Feudal Society

Between the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, the "Rule by law"ideology that rdflected the demands of the rising landlord class and the historical trend to mest great extent gradually played the leading role in the historical priod. It was showed tht the ideology became the banner for the innovative movements of all dukedom, that its main intiators and promoters were mostly in power such as Guan Zhong, Zi Chang, Li Kui, Wu Qi, Shang Yang, Shen Buhai , Li Si, and Han Fei etc, and that some scholars in other schools turned to become the masters in it and others quite had the spirit of "Rule by Law". Therfore, the "Rule by Law" ideology took great improving effect under the historical conditions at that time.
