液压泵控马达数字调速系统研究

摘    要:对液压泵控马达系统及其排量伺服机构分别进行了数学建模,分析了其各自及串联后的频率特性与阶跃输入响应特性. 理论分析表明:液压泵控马达系统的带宽较大,响应较快,阶跃输入下系统出现超调;排量伺服机构的开环增益较小,其带宽较低,响应较慢. 设计了调速系统的马达转速闭环数字PID控制算法,实验结果表明,通过仿真模型优化得到的数字PID控制参数能很好地用于实际泵控马达调速系统的闭环控制,并能获得良好的稳定性和快速性.

Abstract:Mathematical models of hydraulic pump-motor and displacement servo system were built up.Characteristics were analyzed according to bode diagram and step-input response.Results of analysis showed that the band width of displacement servo system is small because of low flow gain of servo-valve,whereas the band width of hydraulic pump-motor compared to be wider,and it responds quickly with overshooting.A motor speed closed loop control digital PID controller is given.The PID control parameters as achieved by s...
