| 摘 要： | 分子生物学技术弥补了传统微生物学试验的不足,能对环境样品中的微生物进行原位观察,高效、快速地反映环境样品的微生物信息。本文针对分子生物学技术在筛选优良石油降解菌的应用进行了分析,同时对其在该领域的发展进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Molecular biology would compensate for the defaults of traditional ones.Without cultivation,some information about microorganism would be quickly,effectively and accurately gained.In this paper,the applications of different molecular biology technologies in isolating the excellent petroleum degradation bacteria were introduced.Meanwhile,the prospect of molecular biology technologies was forecasted. |
