国际能源经济新趋势与我国能源经济发展的战略选择

目前我国能源经济发展还比较落后,特别是能源的开发与利用主要依赖于化石能源,并且其生产与利用是一个高能耗的过程,从而导致我国能源经济发展出现资源型裂痕,不利于我国能源经济的持续发展。基于国际能源经济新趋势,应将低碳、高效作为我国能源经济发展的战略选择,并为之建立配套的制度、法律以及舆论体系,形成新的能源经济战略保障系统,以促进我国能源经济与国际能源经济同步发展。

On Chinese Strategic Choice under the New Trend of International Energy Economy

At present, the development of China＇s energy economy is still at a relatively backward stage, especially the development and utilization of energy mainly depend on fossil fuels, and the production and use is a high consumption process, leading to the resource-type crack in the development of China＇s energy economy, which is not conducive to the sustainable development of China＇s energy economy. Based on the new trend of international energy economy, this paper proposes that we should take the ideas of low carbon and high efficiency as the strategic choice for energy economy development, and establish suitable institution, law and public opinion system, form new strategic security system of energy economy to promote the synchronous development of China＇s energy economy and international energy economy.
