科学认识劳动密集型产业

金融危机以来,经济转型升级的呼声越来越强烈,劳动密集型产业大有一味被贬低、被妖魔化的趋势,但是目前我国仍是低技能劳动力人口占据主体的发展中大国,劳动密集型产业仍大有可为之处。因此,必须从三次产业的协同发展来科学认识劳动密集型产业,在"调结构、转方式"的战略实施中,必须在保增长、稳就业的基础上持续、稳定推进,必须重视劳动密集型产业或环节与资金技术密集型产业或环节的融合、协调发展。

Scientific Understanding of Labor-intensive Industriues

Since the financial crisis, the appeal for economic transformation and upgrading has been more and more concerned, laborintensive industry has shown the trends of being depreciated and demonized. However, China is a large developing country in which low-skilled labors still occupy the dominant force, and labor-intensive industries still have bright prospects. So, it is necessary to understand scientifically labor-intensive industries from the joint development of three industries, keep sustaining and stable promotion on the basis of preserving growth and employment in the strategic implementation of ＂adjusting structures and transferring modes＂ and pay attention to integrated and coordinated development of labor-intensive industries, link and capital technology-intensive industries as well as links.
