含油废水变压气浮深度处理

摘    要:采用CF型超效浮选装置对含油废水进行深度处理,探讨了变压气浮机理,确定了最佳运行参数,运行结果表明,经浮选,过滤处理后水质基本能达到回水要求,净化处理回水率达90%以上。

Abstract:This paper makes deep treatment of oily waste water by using CF-type super-effective flotation unit, probes into the mechanism of pressure changing and bubble floating-up method, and determines optimum operating parameters. The operating results show that the water quality can basically satisfy the requirements of water returning after flotation and filtration and water returning ratio can reach 90% or more.
