| Abstract: | Through the analysis on the features of the reaped tickets in telecom billing system and consideration about the system efficiency,this paper determines that in the telecom billing system the mode of internal storage＋document duplicate elimination can be used to realize the real-time duplicate tickets checking,and expounds the concrete processing flow and implementation scheme. |
