高校文库建设若干问题的探讨

高校文库是各个高等学校收藏本校师生员工和校友的著作、论文等各类学术成果的专藏,具有重要的学术价值、历史价值和精神价值。当前,高校文库建设普遍存在缺少整体规划、不全面、不系统、不连续以及文库建设人员素质偏低等问题。高校图书馆要承担起建设文库的职责,将学校最具特色、最有价值的文库资源以多种形式提供给读者,使文库真正成为高校图书馆加强与本校教学、科研工作联系的新纽带。
