| 摘 要： | 目前，要让大学生能够顺利就业，同时确保不让高技能人才成为经济发展的“软胁”，普高与高职“两教”融通无疑是较好的选择。构建普高和高职“两教”融通新机制，涉及教育观念、课程、师资、教学、评价等体制性的改革，需要作深层的分析与研究。

| Abstract: | What is the key of the contradiction between the difficulty of undergraduate employment and the lack of technician for enterprise？ To solve the problems, the inosculation of regular higher education and higher vocational education is a better choice. It is necessary to have a thorough research as a kind of new Inosculation mechanism, which relates to education idea, curriculum, qualified teacher, teaching, evaluation etc, thorough research is necessary. |
