| 摘 要： | 论述了刀具编码在ＣＩＭＳ中的重要作用、刀具信息管理编码系统的编制原则和研制理论；分析了自行开发的刀具管理系统ＨＵＳＴＴＭＳ１．０的代码的基本构成和实现方法．该编码系统采用柔性编码法，解决了传统编码系统在描述时会出现的多义性问题，代码易于移植，具有可继承性和可扩充性，可以快捷、详尽而又准确地完成信息描述．

| Abstract: | The
authors explained the important role of tool coding in the tool management system of CIMS, and
discussed the theory and method to develop the flexible coding system for tool information
management. The basic constituents of codes and the method realizing the HUSTTMS1.0
developed by the CIMS laboratory in HUST were analyzed. The ambiguity of code describing in
traditional coding system was resolved in the system, resulting in information describing quickly,
thorough and exactly. The codes of the system were easy to be transplanted and expanded. |
