| Abstract: | By using teletext technique to constitute the television data and broadcast system to transfer these two kinds of signals at the same time, the design and fixed of this new communication technology is very convenient. It can save interest of the equipments and the instrument, and makes the double to face television networks, the multimedia teaching system, the teaching manage, and the computer network into one. |
