| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨围绝经期妇女异常阴道流血的病因。方法分析198例围绝经期异常阴道流血的子宫内膜和子宫颈组织病理检查结果。结果（1）围绝经期异常阴道流血的主要病因是功能失调性子宫出血（62．63％）。其子宫内膜的表现主要为增生过长（69.35％）。（2）肿瘤是围绝经期异常阴道流血的第二大发病原因（16．67％），以子宫肌瘤常见。（3）妊娠性疾病的发病率较低（4．04％）。结论围绝经期妇女异常阴道流血的主要病因是性腺轴内分泌失调，同时注意排外肿瘤。
